Just thought you'd like to see a lovely pint of my Belhaven 80/-. Brewed 21-10-16, 3 Wks in FV, Bottled this one 7wks-3days old.
Malty, Caramel, n Fruit with a bitter finish.
Started with the original GW recipe and tweaked* a smaller batch 12ltr. 90min Boil.
Recipe as follows:
DME Pale 1120g
Crystal malt 60g
Chocolate malt 30g*
Golden syrup 172g*
Start Of Boil.
EKG @ 5.49 AA% 23g*
Last Ten EKG @ 5.49 13g*
Irish Moss 3g
Bottled with 60g white sugar prime
Yeast Safale S04
