Going to have a go at brewing thisbut I'm going to try and make it a tad less bitter for my girly taste buds

My 3rd attempt at all grain

0.45kg crystal malt
Hops
Perle 15g @ 60/90min
Cascade 30g @-10min
Cascade 30g @ flame out
Yeast
Saf us 05
pitch @ 20c
ferment @ 20c
OG 1.053
Fv 1.011
32l of water heated to to 68c for a 60-90 min mash
10 min mash out at 75c
Looking at getting 23l of wort in to the fv .
Any thoughts on this ... anything I've missed .. any tips from those who've brewed it before
