But you will probably need a bigger bucket to sparge in ;)

Well, no surprises- it worked! 9.25kg in two BIAB bags (never doing that again!) yielded 28L of 1.065, plus 0.84kg sugar and dilution equates to around 44L of 1.054 in fermenters- precisely what I was after! 8)
Yes stux, a bigger bucket makes things much easier, although with the now- surplus 19L stockpot :wink: , I didn't need to track one down. I've got some more voile for a new bag, will also use a scrubbie on the pickup in future.
