Your boil-off could be around 10l which you'll probably not want indoors unless you have some effective extractor ;)

I do mine on the hob in the kitchen with an extractor which vents to outside. I've only got a 19L pot which I use to do 23L Maxi BIAB batches, which works out great!

Bathroom for me.water close by, big container with drain to catch spills and no problems with condensation.

My first attempt was with the pot on top of the hobs and the cooker hood really couldn't cope with the boil-off. Now in front of an open window in the kitchen with a fan to blow the steam away during the boil.

I brew in the garage with a 50l stock pot using a propane burner. I usually lose around 8 litres of liquor to evaporation.

This is also my setup. The missus would [-X if I tried brewing in the kitchen.
