I've just put this 'Milk Stout' recipe together, with very little knowledge or experience. Aiming for a dark, creamy Stout. Any advice would be appreciated!
2kg Maris Otter
200g Chocolate Wheat
100g black malt
200g Chocolate pale
200g Lactose
28g Centennial @ 60mins
15g Fuggles @ 15mins
This would be to aim for 10.5 litres into the Fermenter. Brewed in a 19l pot.

Re: Thoughts on this milk stout recipe?
The recipe I have is
Pale malt 4.2kg
chocolate malt 300g
crystal malt 300
Roasted barley 200g
flaked barley 200g
special b 200g
Then
Challenger 29g at start
then goldings and lactose last 15 min s
This is from greg hughes book
But your recipe looks good just remember lactose isn't fermentable so will produce a higher fg

23 litres into fv so if you run it thru a biab calculator it should give you correct ratios.
have a look on amazon for greg hughes book less than 5 quid atm and the recipes look great.
