Decent beer through BIAB? It can be done :)

This is a Adnams Southwold that I made using Graham Wheeler's recipe.

For those of you who are thinking about making the move to brewing with grain, I urge you to try it. I only had 6 bottles of this left now but will be making it again soon.

BIAB doesn't need rebranding, it makes good beer. I started with BIAB but went 2 vessel (same boiler with a coolbox mash tun) because I wanted to try higher gravity beers. That beer looks great. How have you served it? :thumb:

:shock: I find AG beers are ready a lot sooner then kits. Try it now as you may be surprised.

My Deuchars IPA clone was ready after 4 weeks in total. 2 ferment, 2 warm. Not great head tho.

Haha, yes, sort of WA. I am doing too much probably, I have a mead on the go a swell. Been in the DJ since December!

I still need to get a syringe, will get them tomorrow.
