OOOOOOOOPS. I forgot that in the last order I made the shop was out of melanoiden and I got aromatic malt instead.

By doing a sparge this batch I got a higher O G than expected: 1.063 instead of 1.052.

I got a mash tun set-up from Williams brewing in California many years ago and that's all that is left.
