Part of me wishes I was in your situation where I could learn all that all over again. Especially BLAM. I'd say hands down that's the best book there.
I still haven't managed to complete Designing Great Beers. Got really stuck on it

DGB was my first brewing book, I'm quite proud of my self that I managed to work my way through all the hop and malt equations for recipe formulations being rubbish at maths.
Then I discovered brewing software and I can't remember any of it now.
But I still use it for reference.

Taken the advice and started on Brew Like a Monk (BLAM), very interesting reading so far.
