Co2 Regulator Help!

Post by DethApostle » Sat Jul 12, 2014 6:18 pm

Hi all,

I have bought a triple outlet CO2 regulator however i'm having some potentially noobie problems with it!

(canister is off it the photo)

I have connected the dark grey line (far left) to the CO2 bottle, and the line below the left most dial is connected to the gas disconnect and on to the corny.

When i turn the CO2 canister on, i also get gas flowing from the center and right outlets too which leads me to my questions:
The screws on the front are all screwed in fully. Is this position OPEN or CLOSED? (i assume open), and if I unscrew them will these two outlets close?
Do I need to connect lines and disconnects to the middle & right outlets regardless to whether they are in use or not?

Thanks for your help!

Hi, I'm not sure if they will close fully but yes anticlockwise is less pressure, clockwise is more pressure. Think of it the same way as Volume on your stereo :)

Hi,

Assuming that the connectors are 3/8 in size (it should say on the gas pipe you've got), get one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161168018324? ... 1439.l2649 for each of spares that you aren't using. These will create a seal that will ensure that you don't have any leaks.
