bottling lager?

Ive got a lager brew that's been in the brew fridge for a couple of months now and I want to bottle it.

Whats the best way to do it?
I want a fizzt lager, but u don't want bottles erupting....

What do you guys suggest for priming?

Hi ArmChair.

The last (and only time) I did a lager I used 130 grams for 23 litres. Game out quite fizzy with a nice head.
