Very nice. If I could get Guinness like at the pub, I'd be in trouble!
Have you tried CO2 with a beer or stout through the Guinness tap?
I have an old Guinness tap but haven't tried it yet.

the Guinness tap has a restrictor valve in it to allow n/co2 mix through it
if your using pure co2 you need to take the restrictor out it just pops out easily looks like this

Image see the five holes

anyway
i had a cornie of amber punk beaut beer nearly empty about 4 litres left had to empty it to accommodate me new brew
so i pressure relieved it
then rigged up the n /co2 mix to it put the restrictor valve back in
set it to 7 psi and wow what a massive difference creamy creamy ice cream head
then upped it to 11psi perfect cream flow no piccys sorry will do next time
i have now my xxxxx simcoe in my cornie at 10 psi 8 c on the pure co2 for a week o so to slowly carbonate then will be straight on to the n/co2 to serve it
