King Keg drum tap

Hi,
anyone else find them a pain to use and fiddly/very clumsy?

For dispensing, yes. I swapped mine for one of these. They work well, but others say the Dalex tap is even better.

Me too. The black waterbutt type taps are miles better. Very easy to control and don't drip.

Many thanks for this recommendation.
The drum tap is solid enough, but so difficult to get the flow right.

I've ordered a couple of these :-)

Yes they're fine for mash tuns or FVs where you normally don't need to worry about flow control.
