Other than a short length of 3/8 out of the keg and 1m at the tap end, I am switching to 3/16ths, I can get a 1psi pour of perfectly carbonated Wheat beer at 30psi keg pressure with approx 10ft of 3/16ths. About 3ft of 3/16 should give me perfect English ale carbonation at 15psi.

The beerline calculators are really good.
