c02 supplier runcorn

Hi All

Any idea were I can get c02 bottle in the runcorn area, usual guy is not selling it anymore

Danny, I got mine from the Runcorn hydroponics centre. £25, no deposit. That was March this year.

I got it from here, but I can't see it on their site at the mo. Worth giving them a ring, they are in Haydock. You need to ask for UN1013 CO2, which is food grade. I got a 5L bottle from them which is a nice size for fitting in keggerators etc.

EDIT: They do still do it here. It's not advertised as beer gas but it is listed as UN1013 in the Tech Data.

Yeah, rang them this morning, 6.2ltr £50 deposit and £20 for the gas :D

The 5L is £15 and £40 for the bottle. Delivery is, or was just under £11 to anywhere in the country. It might be cheaper for you to drive over there.

I think I'll be driving over there when I need a refill, though there'll be £3.40 in the tunnel to start with.
