dalex style taps can be sourced from £5 upwards, and have the added bonus of removable spouts..
they may not look as flash, but they work and there is no need for awkward tap flushing to keep clean. simply unscrew the spouts and soak overnight before rinsing and replacing once a week or so.

The one I am looking at is advertised as chrome plated.
