New CO2 regulator

After returning to home brewing after many years absence I have dug out my Corny's and CO2 stuff. I think the regulator is a bit worse for wear as shown below even though it probably still works. So I am looking for a good replacement.

There seems to be single and dual stage regulators available and I presume dual stage would be the better bet to give a stable output for changing input pressures. I was looking at this one http://www.co2supermarket.co.uk/co2-reg ... -p184.html and wonder if anyone has one. One of the main things I am looking for is a self venting regulator so that if I need to drop pressure I dont need a separate venting valve and I am not sure if this type will do that.
