Confused about how to use Crusader kegs

Afternoon all.

Decided to start using Crusader 20l kegs, but am getting more confused by the minute‼ I have the keg, gas cylinder, regulator, coupler, tap, gas and beer line now; do I need anything else?

Can anyone explain in simpleton terms (I seem to be incredibly thick at the moment) exactly what I need to do to keg my first brew please. The first brew is a 6% IPA.
