Question about a strange method of Guiness "on draught"

Hello everybody .

A few days ago,in France, i have discover a very curious thing about the Guiness "on draught" ...or precisely "like "on draught" ..

I love Guiness "on draught" ,but I hate Guiness "on can" ...

The 2 bars where "closed" and thus i didn't have drunk this kind of Guiness, and didn't have see the can too.

People said that it was a can of Guiness but a "special can" ,not an usually can that you can buy in a shop .
You must use with this can an electronic machine for "electrolysis" or something "like" .
