After quite a few years brewing now using pressure barrels and more recently cornie kegs I have settled on using the humble polypins. It is great you can see that the pressure has built up on conditioning and vent accordingly.
I would like to take the next step and attach my polypins to a beer engine. What attachments would I need to achieve this?
In fact my idea is to put the polypins into some sort of cool box arrangement and rotate some ice packs in to keep the beer cool. I need to find a coolbox with an outlet drain plug or drill one out to allow fit the passing out of a beer line. Does anybody know of a suitable product.
I may even look at attaching the beer engine to the coolbox somehow so I could take a mobile bar camping. What do you think?

Re: Polypins and beer engine
A number of people have done this (including me), so there are few threads kicking about.
You'll need a demand valve to stop what little pressure is in the bag pushing beer through the beer engine. Other than that it's just a question of beer line and jubilee clips.

I use a beer line direct between the polypin and handpump, an Angram, just a jubilee clip to hold.
