Flip top straps/enclosures

Anyone using these?

They claim to turn any bottle into a flip top - I bought 10 of each a while back and have tried one out but am at a loss as to how it works. Seems like a complete waste of time.

looks like the metal band goes around the neck of the bottle and the 2 pegs on the top clip into the band, the lip on the top of the bottle stops the band moving up, making the top loose,.Quit an ingenious idea

I use these on bottles with a 29 mm cap.

The metal band goes around the neck of the bottle and the flip top clips into the side. remember that the raised side on the metal band goes outwards.
they do work but are a real PITA to get in place
