I have a couple of 10 ltr polypins from Murphy's. I am right in saying that I prime with 30 gram sugar per pin. I do not use a beer engine and would rely on the pin tap itself.

That would be the upper limit I should think. The rule of thumb is 50-60 gm in 23 litres.
