Cornie Keg Fittings hose and tap advice needed

I recently bought myself some cornie kegs, i have the ball lock fittings, these came with barbed connectors, these could be changed if necessary

I have a few 2Kg C02 Fire extinguishers spare that i can use
As i understand it the fire extinguishers have a dip tube in them so i will need to invert it to use it, so i'm only drawing gas and not liquid

I have bought a regulator off ebay, it's a pretty standard two gauge welding regulator, I think that the outlet on these are 3/8" BSP

I'm looking for advice on best place to purchase a good tap

What hose to use for the CO2 Line

What hose to use from cornie to tap (Beer Line) Seems to be lots of different diameters whats the pros cons here

If john guest fittings are required wheres best place for these
