Keg Conditioning

Post by surfer69 » Thu Nov 19, 2015 10:08 pm

For the first time I've got plenty of brews on the go. 2 are kegged & 2 fermenting. I am force carbing the kegged ones but only have a 2 tap fridge at the moment. When I've got all 4 kegs filled what's the best way of storing them? I have an Evil dog IPA which I think is going to need a lot of time. Should I force carb then leave in cool temps or fridge temps. Should i just blast with Co2 and leave outside the fridge until I want to drink & then force carb?
How do kegs manage in room temps of 18-20C
Never had this problem before, but its a nice one to have. Cheers

Best to store them at your serving temp if your going to force carb.
