Slight over carbonation

I made a (rather nice, if I do say so myself) SMaSH with Maris Otter and Mosaic. Bottled it, in 500ml bottle, but I can't remember how much sugar I added for priming.

I've been having problems getting it to fit into a pint glass, so tonight I thought I'd try decanting it into a 1L jug first.

I think I've spotted the problem.
