First time doing this and I’ve read lots of articles and understand the procedure. Most people say to reduce the pressure in the source keg so it’s just enough to force the beer out and keep pulling the PRV valve on the destination keg.
Could I not just have the source keg higher than the destination keg, split the CO2 line so both kegs are at the same pressure and pull the PRV and let gravity take care of the rest? I’m thinking if the kegs are at the same pressure then I shouldn’t get any foaming issues?
Any thoughts?
