How cold is too cold?

Getting pretty chilly out in my garage at the moment, how cold is too cold for the beer in my cornies and bottles?

I would have thought that as long as it doesn't freeze, it will be OK. So maybe start to worry if it gets down to 1 or 2C.

It will likely mature more slowly when colder, but its not really a problem (provided any priming fermentation is complete). As Jim says, I'd only really worry if it actually froze - even then my concern would be more for the cornies and bottles than for the beer.

With the cornies, its probably best not to leave CO2 pressure attached; changing temperatures can play havoc with carbonation levels even if the gas pressure is constant.
