Hi folks,
I have just cornied up 2 beers. I charged each to 20psi then removed the gas altogether. They're in a 3c fridge now.
Will this carb them or do i need to have the gas permanently hooked up for the full 5-7 days?
Cheers!
Floyd

Re: Another Corny Question!
Hi
i usually put 30psi over my beers and remove the gas then top up with gas every morning and evening for a few days. I do this as most brewers will suffer a gas leak if the gas is left on also you can then adjust how much carb depending on style of beer by reducing the gas as you go along. The best way is to leave the gas on as you have suggested but risk a dreaded empty tank scenario or you could force carb your beer of which if you search the forums there are plenty of different explanations of.
Thanks Pete
