Advanced Kit Suggestions

I'm wanting to make something a bit more special for Christmas drinking and am looking for a kit that is a little more involved or one I can add to. I've made the Woodfordes Nog and Muntons Gold IPA so far.

In terms of kit, I have fermenter, barrel, cornies. If I need to boil anything, the maximum I can do at once is 8 litres in a stock pot.

I'm looking for something rich and full of flavour (I'll have the IPA for session drinking), possibly either fruit, spicy or chocolatey, either with a dark base such as Dark Island or a white beer base.

If anyone has any suggestions for something a little more involved such as dry hopping or a few speciality grains either in kit form or by adding to an existing kit, I'm interested in suggestions

I'd second that suggestion, would make a good dark Christmas pint (so long as you like Old Peculiar). I'm supping it at the moment, shame it won't last 'til December

I have a plan though, AG#2 planned for Monday will be my Christmas brew. So I'm not really that sad

Is it best to add spraymalt or malt extract to these lits?

The Beers of The World Christmas beer also looks quite interesting, but I am a huge fan of Old Peculiar so the old ale will need to be tried also. Better get drinking!

Either would give good results. I used spraymalt (as per Clive "Brupaks" recommendation in another thread) and this is probably easier to mix in and handle.
