Transporting a barrell

Hi there

I am currently brewing a Woodfordes Admirals reserve. I plan to transport the barrell after i have kegged. Will this affect the brew at all?? :unsure:

Probably not if the barrel is kept reasonably chilled and you leave it to settle again at the destination, someone more knowledgeable should correct me if I'm wrong.
