So glad I found this site, learnt a lot and still learning
update-
IPA is kegged and tastes fantastic, :=P
Coopers lager is kegged and tastes better than my commercial Fosters on tap. :=P
TC is a success.
Mexican cerveza was brewed with an ale yeast and lime was added at bottling and its very different, very strong lime taste(bit like a lager and lime),its only been bottled a week. :o
Stout is excellent and it too has only been bottled/kegged for a week. :D
New brews are pale abbott ale,the cascade hops are great, what a smell and a very light fruit flavour, still conditioning. :D
Oak ale-took a sample after 3 days in primary and its gone from 1.044 to 1.016 still activity going on,took a taste and :!: :!: :!: :!: :? taste a lot like a whiskey but without the harshness, has to be the oak chips, wasnt a bad taste but hopefully will mellow out to resemble a beer
Cheers
Paul
