Another sediment question
Another sediment question
My Pilsner has quite a bit of sediment at the bottom of each 1ltr PET bottle and, because I only have pint glasses, I'm only getting one pint from a bootle.
The act of pouring off a pint and setting the remaining 3/4 down is disturbing the sediment - no matter how gentle I am.
Can I beat this (other than trying to find a 1ltr beer glass - am looking for something nice; any help?)?
I'm moving to Pint bottles from now on because of this problem but will probably always have some HB in 1Ltr PETs...

Well you could always join the Cloudy Beer Society (it does excist!) or you could drink it full in the knowledge that it's packed full of vitimins. Or you could store the bottles upside down and open them over the sink and blow out the sediment then invert them and leave them for a few days. - read that in a home brew book a long time ago.
