Stuck Ferment

Hi - Coopers Mexican Cerveza with Muntons Enhancer started 9 days ago SG 1037 with a vigorous ferment and then subsided very slow day 6-7 day 9 nothing passing through airlock checked SG 1016 at 22c. It appears to have stuck any suggestions what to do??

Thanks - DaaB - I have another brew bucket I will transfer with tsp of slurry. I was expecting 1006 like my first kit.

Daab, had a closer look there are a few very lonely bubbles rising to the suface so instead of racking I gave it a gentle stir getting the yeast off the bottom as you suggested - wait and see - :unsure:
This brew I used a bucket with an airlock, last time (first brew) I used a bucket with the lid cracked, that one whistled through ferment in 5 days OG 1038 - FG 1006 although the weather was warmer. BTW I used Muntons Enhancer in the first brew also. That was good and all gone. :(

Making up an order with Leyland HB he only lists - Pils Enzyme - I'll add a sachet to the order just in case. Living in the sticks have to rely on mail order.
