I would like to give some of my first brew to friends and family (as long as it tastes ok) but wondered it was ok to half the brew into 10 bottles then the rest into the pressure barrel.
I would add the priming sugar to the fermentation bin along with the beer finings and give it a gentle stir. Read somewhere that this is safe to do.
Any tips or things I must watch out for?
