Newbie (hydro question)

Hello there people i have been brewing this brew (geordie larger) for 2 weeks now and the hydro reading is at roughly 1005 and is still slightly bubbling ..
would it be ok to barrel it or should i give it a few days ???

and also once i barrel it do i keep it in a warm place for about a week and then in a cold place .. ( i have a cellar ) untill it clears properly say 2 week ??
