Going to be bottling my Coopers Mexican lager soon but I'm not too sure where to keep them for the 2nd fermentation?
Should it be at a higher level than the 1st fermentation or can I just leave them where the fermentation bin was placed ie under stairs cupboard which has a temp of 14-16 degrees?
btw the brew tastes great already and I'm showing a reading of 1012 after 6 days.
At what temp do I keep my lager bottles?
