Hi guys and Girls
I am new to Homebrewing only just bottled my first wherry with the second in fermentation.
It all seems to be going really well and after having my first batch bottled for 6 days I could not resist a try!!!!
It tastes really nice and has a good amount of sparkle although it is still cloudy.
Question
Will this cloudiness settle over the next few weeks? Also I think I may not of added enough sugar when bottling will this affect my first brew?
The bottles do not seem to be getting harder, they are old cider 2l plastic bottles.
Really looking forward to brewing some of the belgium beers next.
I Love Wherry

I'd been ignoring this Thread ~ largely because I didn't have a clue what Wherry was and had other things to think about.
However, I've just been doing the 'Dream Shopping', to sort out my target costing on kicking off. I had everything in the basket and needed just one last kit. Obviously, I was looking harder than ever this fourth time round.
I almost begrudgingly looked at Muntons (isn't it?) and never even made it to Woodfords! One look at Wherry, of all things, and that went into my cart faster than ye could say; " OMFG! Look at that Total!
"
It's cool. I have a target now. Just eyeing up the family silver as I try to convert Euro's to Sterling in my head. But, looking for four kits? Methinks Wherry will be one!
