I've made up 1.8Kg kits with geordie beer enhancer but searching through the brewery (bedroom 4) I find I have none in stock. Just an Edme SuperBrew Gold Bitter kit that keeps on whispering "ferment me know".

I've done this kit before and got a great result.

I found about 200g of soft brown sugar and 200g of golden syrup in the kitchen. I thought I'd use that with 600g sugar.

It may be a little thin on body due to the sugars added but it will be strong \:D/
