I currently have a sherwood IPA in the fermenter and i plan of transferring it later this week to a pressure barrel, but id also like to bottle about half of it at the same time.
Im happy enough doing this but i was just wondering if when i transfer the remaining half to the keg i should add a shot of co2 to the barrel aswell?
i think i should, though i must admit i dont really know why, its kinda a gut feeling i have
any ideas?
