Can the likes of Alcotec Turboklar or Still Spirits Turbo Clear be used in beer.
I've used the Turboklar on a 30 bottle wine kit with great success and wondered if there was any reason against using it with beer.
Turboklar is a two part finings, part A is Kiselsol and part B is Chitosan.
Turbo Clear is also a two part finings containing these ingredients: Water, Silicic Acid, Chitosan, Preservative (sulphur dioxide).
