Brewing Logic

Bottled my Youngs Lager Kit today ( so bitter, cider <hybrid>, and now lager tried in kit form).

I also bottled my mead and cyser which just taste like alcohol with very little flavour... hope a few months sorts that out. And my Tomato Tang after hours of filtering it in rudimentary ways.

So my cupboard was full of things that needed the warm but nothing actually fermenting... well for about 45 mins.

But I can justify making the Edme Irish Stout: (brewing logic)

a i have not done a stout kit.
b the stout is my first full dme brew.
c the barrel is empty and i have delusions of aging this one.
d it would get rid of my last homebrew ingredients and let me consider a shopping trip sometime soon.
e if i have one brew on i won't go mad and brew in every container that i can find in the house.

but i think it was just an empty feeling of not having anything on the brew.

i was tested during this brew, my tin opener broke halfway around the can, my jeans ripped for no good reason, i am now pretty sure that the 5 gallon mark is way out on my fermenter (says that its only a guide) as the OG in all my brews have been a little lower than expected and my tv had an odd fit while i wote the details into the brewbook
