No gas in Keg

I have a problem....instead of brewing both tins in the Sherwood kit I only used one tin and made up to 2.5gals. This apparently fermented out and left a good deposit. I then transfered to a Keg and added the required amount of sugar and kept in the warm for three days. The Keg was then moved into the shed in the cool. Being very impatient I decided to try a drop.. when I opened the tap air moved into the keg via the tap which told me that the inside of the keg was below atmospheric so I added the contents of one CO2 capsule. This has slightly pressurised the Keg but bearing in mind that the Keg is only half full I am wondering if I should add another CO2 capsule. The beer incedently tasted not too bad (Ithink!!!)

Should I add another capsule ????

If the beer was carbonated to your liking then as long as you have positive pressure it is enough, the main thing is you do not want what has already happened to you and that's for air to gurgle through the beer as this can cause it to go stale very quickly.
