Do I need sugar still ?

I am about to brew a Morgans kit & I have got one of there Master Blends to go with it, I have'nt been brewing that long so I am still going by the instructions that come with kit's. The Master Blend doesn't come with any instructions-I know it goes in with the main kit at the start but do I still put 1k of sugar in as it states on the Master Blends tin it has sugar in it.
Any advice would be great

Thanks DaaB, I have already had a look at the Morgans web site & couldnt work it out, on the tin it says Add all or part of the tin it evan says you can mix another Master Blend to get the desired flavour.
So on that note I think I will need sugar of sorts, apart from brewing sugar & normal sugar what would you recomend ?
I have just bottled a Morgans Iron Bark Dark Ale & in this I put 1k of natural demerara brown sugar & 1/2 a k of normal sugar + 1/2 a teaspoon of normal sugar in each bottle (I did read on this site I should try diffrent things-maybe I am doing it to soon. . .) I cant say what it is like yet but it seemed to ferment ok,the instructions said it should get to a FG of 1005 or lower & I got a wisker over 1000.I let it setle for 2 days befor bottling-it came out nice & clear,tasted ok but was a bit flat.
