My Coopers lager (made with a packet of brew enhancer and 250g of granulated as I spilled some over the floor) is now clear. I put in in a corny last night and force carbonated it.
I have to say it is really very good. Much better than I was expecting having been away from kits for a number of years. I don't think my Fosters drinking friends will complain about this one.
I did the australian lager. Any others that people recommend?
Coopers Lager
ive got a coopers lager conditioning at the mo. Its in its 2nd week in the cold now. still as cloudy as the british weather & tastes weak as pi**.
Wonder if i should drop some saaz hops in the keg to try give it a kick. or any other type, pref goldings or fuggles as thats what ive got.
Good idea anyone?

Weak as pi**. Well mine has turned out fine. Mind you I did spill quite a lot on the floor so made up the estimated difference with sugar. From some of your threads though it seems you like the stronger pint!!MartialAnt wrote:ive got a coopers lager conditioning at the mo.
