Advice if possible.

Hi Guys

I am just breweing my first beer kit, so have purchased a Youngs Difinative Bitter 1.6kg and a Geordies Beer Enhancer to use in replace of normal granulated sugar. Was this a wise choice or not to use the enhancer? Am I right to conclude that the natural sugars within the enhancer will give it a better taste but also make it slightly stronger?

Hi Daab... do you use the spray malt instead of sugar and if so is it on an equal basis ... ie..1tsp sugar =1tsp spray malt
