Newbie...Stout

Well took the plunge and bought my first starter kit ..bin etc etc etc , so i thought i would start with a stout :shock: it is a coopers stout and i am going to use 1kg of beer enhancer or should i use something else ??

I'm drinking a Cooper's Stout now that I made with 1Kg of Dark Spraymalt, and it's really heavy and very black indeed, with a great head... I reckon that this particular kit is probably one of the best kit Stouts available.

I would also add that it's one of the few kits where you could easily use Beer Kit Enhancer and still make an excellent beer.

I've just kegged up an EDME irish stout that I got from Wilkos made with Geordie BKE and Morrisons cheapo spring water. Tastes great just needs to mature now.
Fermenting: Wilkos Cider
Drinking: Wilkos Hoppy Copper (very nice)
