You will find more info than you could wish for on this forum, it's what encouraged me to make a return to homebrew after a short break

made up a coopers real ale with 500g light spray malt and 500g medium spray malt it fermented out at 1007, og 1040 ,most of it into barrel also filled up a couple of bottles to keep if i can resist the temptation [/quote]
