1St Brew, any tips

Discuss making up beer kits - the simplest way to brew.

had a few bottles of this batch, perhaps a tad early (3 weeks in bottle) but they are nice, its a rather dry brew, packs a punch and very light (almost a bit like a larger) probably due to only using brewing sugar throughout and not a spray malt, its carbonated really well also in the bottles so over all i'm well pleased.

I would like to do another wheat but would prefer to get a more traditional Bavarian brew if possible, any pointers ?

Well done Loamy,I,m new to this game as well and have yet to get my 1st brew under way (dirty 2nd hand equipment,still cleaning it up)but am mightily encouraged by your efforts, Cheers Ken.

slightly gutted i started this early to be honest as its getting better by the day. saddly i'm half way through it.
