Woodforde's Wherry - How Long

hi-

Just bought a wherry Kit - the general consensus seems to be that it tastes better the longer you leave it.

Was planning on bottling the stuff - so: to those who have made Wherry - how long realistically do you think i am best leaving it in the FV before syphoning/Bottling?
