Hi

Still new to home brew. Have made Youngs Bitter, Woodfordes Wherry Bitter & Nelsons revenge. Very impressed with the Woodfordes beer kits.

Couple of questions though

I usually Keg the beer & wait for it to settle but have noticed that the beer becomes flat towards the last 3rd of the barrel. Is this normal? Is it due to my injecting co2 into the barrel?

Also, can I bottle some of the beer from the keg when it has cleared?

Hi

Thanks for the advice.

Hello to a fellow Coventrian.

If you are near the Coventry retail market Brewer Bill is great. Full of advice & all the kit you will need. Sadly, work means I don't get the chance to see him when I am stuck - which is when the internet is great. Think he is closed on a Monday.

Regards

Dave
