Will This Work?

I go on holiday a week today for 9 days, so I am planning on brewing a kit tonight and leaving it in the FV for 5 or 6 days then transferring it to a secondary FV before I go. I will then leave it for 10 days or so and keg it when I get back from holiday.

Do you see any problems with doing this?

I would just leave it in the primary - it's only 16 days. Keg it when you get back.
NURSE!! He's out of bed again!
